Working meeting with representatives of World Bank

In the premises of MER, a working meeting was held with high representatives of World Bank, bearers of the “Energy Efficiency Project”. The support that World Bank provides for the development of the Macedonian energy transition is the main objective of this project. The executive director of MER, Bajram Redzepi presented the key aspects of the gasification in North Macedonia, the construction realization status of the main gas pipeline, the gas interconnection with the Republic of Greece, the connection to TAP (Trans Adriatic Pipeline) and the construction of new gas pipeline sections in the Republic of North Macedonia. Gasification is the most important project for successful implementation of energy transition.
